WHO IS LABELLED A SINNER?
Question:
Upon which person is the word "Sinner" applied to, with the meaning that you say (to someone) "You are a sinner"?
Answer:
The word "Sinners" (`Usaat) is applied to those who disobey the Legislator (i.e. Allaah) and they persist upon that, without having any concern regarding it. And in Allaah lies success.
