Shaving The Beard is Changing Allaah's Creation
Question:
Is the saying of Allaah: {And indeed I will order them to change the nature created by Allaah} [an-Nisa' 4:119] an evidence against shaving the beard?
Answer:
Yes, shaving the beard is included in the generality of what Allaah, The Most High has mentioned in His Book, concerning Satan leading many people astray, for shaving it is changing Allaah's creation and the Prophet Salallaahu alayhi wasallam ordered that the beard be grown and the moustache be trimmed. And may peace and blessings of Allaah be upon our leader, Muhammad and upon his family and Companions.
